The way people live together and share of the world's resources

We do not live in the world alone but we live with other people.Although we live together but has different between we and the rest like religion,race,language,culture and more.We still can communicate with the other people because we live in same place.For example,Malaysia is a multiracial country with different religion.The citizen of Malaysia can live in harmonies without doubt and this is the good role model for develop country .
Then,we must look at the other aspect around us like the nature especially the environment.We have responsibility to take care the environment because it has relationship between we and the environment.What we can do are avoid the pollution to make sure our environment safe.But, people in the world now did not care about this until our earth now in dangerous level when the temperature of the world increase.Did not just the environment only,but we must look the humanity also .As we knew, now was happen many war and many were dead for it.So ,as the citizen of the earth,we should stop the war and and leave the victim live in peaceful and happiness.Can we willing hear day by day many unsin people die because of war.We should think if the war happen in us country.Can we accepted that and willing live through the war every day.If it truly happen,sure we wanted the war stop and we want live in peaceful.So ,it same like the victim of the war hope and we have responsibility to help them.

Exercise,Nutrition and Health

Exercise, nutrition and health are related , we must take good nutrition and do regilar exercise.The meaning of health is level of functional or metabolic efficiency of organism at both the micro and macro level.We must responsible with our health especially to avoid our health from suffer with dangerous disease like cancer ,heart attack and other.Therefore ,we can decrease the percentage to get the desease with take good nutrition like balance nutrition.Nutrition has six main classes like carbohydrates ,proteins fats ,vitamins ,minerals and water.The example of good nutrition is vegetable.The vegetable contain vitamins,high iron and calcium where they are important for our growth.If we watched the Popeye cartoon ,the spinach that popeye ate was give him became more energy and powerful.Then,exercise is also important for our health where it can maintain our phgysical fitness and important component in the prevention disease.We can do many types of exercise like stratching ,aerobic exercise , anaerobic exercise to increase short-term muscle strength ,breathing for oxigen update and can increase max lung capacity and also increase muscle efficency.Breathing can give more advantage for the function of the brain like increase blood and oxigen flow to brain and increase chemical in the brain that help congnition.So , we must pay more attention to our health because when we falls sick , wew should not regret at the time.
